Hey everyone, from tomorrow onwards, u can call me on my phone anywhere anytime cos it'll be F-R-E-E!! I will definitely pick up the phone unless i'm studying, in the loo, on the other line (or I just dun feel like talking to u). So call, call, call!

Yeah, just changed my plan to the zippy i-one plus from the heavy Premium 700.. So it's gonna be lotsa SMSing (500!) and lotsa INCOMING calls.. and i think i can do a better job at Singtel 1626 than the Bhaee lass who picked up the phone.. Her intonation was all over the place and she didn't know a lot of things. (it helps that i've actually worked there before). Imagine my horror when she said that my upfront payments for the next 2 mths P700 subscriptions would be forfeited!! Then she realised her mistake and said that it'd be pro-rated.. wtf! Good thing i re-clarified with her and confirmed that it would be CREDITED back into my account.. Wat an absolute arse! Her first gaffe came when she said that my mom had to resend the staff rate application form, but i said that the last time i changed my plan, we didn't need to do that.. so off she went, scurrying to her supervisor, taking a 100million yrs to clarify before finally putting me off hold(actually 5 mins, but that's long enough!).. she also kept getting mixed up between pay-as-u-roam and autoroam and i ended up explaining what caller alert actually was.. Aiyoh... wat laaaa.. CMI! Hehe.. I actually like to call up 1626, just to do a little "audit" of my own.. so far, the standards have been quite bad.. I think i was the best they ever had man, so polite, nice voice, going the extra mile all the time.. Hahahaha... But it's true! No idle boast there ladies.. So if u want a man who can stay at home and answer calls all day long, i'm the best around!

Anyway, on another note, Tomorrow will be the 1st day of Ramadhan.. a month of abstinence and giving .. I dun noe why, this mth always bring out the best in me, i'll pray, be nice.. If only i'm like that all yr rd.. Anyway, went for terawih just now, the nightly prayers during Ramadhan, I felt so calm and at ease with myself, hope this means i'll be able to study without being so easily distracted.. Yah man.. wish me luck, exams are comin! Only solid Finance studying, the rest are *gulp* still lost at sea.. Argh! Anyway, gonna study now.. for all u freaks with exams rd the corner, good luck... if ure bored u can always call me, (from tm la)!
