Had the worst stomach upset last night. Finally i have a semblance of understanding of what da ladies go thru monthly.. God bless their souls.. Was writhing around on my couch from 10 to 12 plus before i swallowed 6 Bismags and puked ard 1 plus.. mad ness.. Still feeling the aftereffects now... Here's to a great weekend ahead. PE@CE.
